Where is Oh Pluto jewellery made?

I (Louise) make all Oh Pluto jewellery myself in my workshop in Victoria, Australia. 

What payment methods do you offer?

Payments can be processed via credit or debit card, Paypal, and Afterpay, at checkout.

I've made my order. When will it be shipped out?

All orders should be shipped out within 1-5 business days. if you are in a hurry to receive something, feel free to contact me and I will see if I can prioritise it, but there's never a guarantee, which is one reason why I don't offer Express Shipping by default. However, it doesn't hurt to ask!

My country is not eligible for shipping at checkout. What can I do?

Due to the complexities surrounding collecting taxes from other countries, many shipping destinations are not yet available at ohpluto.com.au. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean I don't want to ship to you! Please contact me and we can process the order via my Etsy store, as they handle all that paperwork which makes it much more accessible for small businesses like mine to ship overseas.

I always welcome getting approached for collaborations! Please send an email to contact@ohpluto.com with details of what you'd like and we can start a discussion!

Do you offer custom designs or modifications?

Since I make everything myself in my own workshop, I am definitely capable of offering design modifications and even custom designs! Depending on the modification requested additional charges may be required. 

I'm a maker with a laser cutter. I have scrap acrylic and I don't know what to do with it! Can you help?

If you live within Australia and have a pile of acrylic scraps and offcuts, feel free to contact me. I have been accepting acrylic scraps from various small makers to press into beautiful new sheets. Please contact me with details of what you have and I can determine if it's appropriate.
